Dermatologist demonstrates blackhead extraction

Dermatologist, Dr. Vikram Singh Yadav of Dr. RML Hospital in New Delhi, India, demonstrates a blackhead (comedone) extraction on a patient with acne vulgaris while using a metal tool called a comedone extractor. This is an extreme case of acne as the doctor removes several blackheads from the nose of an elderly patient.
