Newbies to network marketing are very excited about starting their own business. Network marketers with deep pockets can spend big money on advertising or buying leads in order to sign up distributors for the downline. What if you do not carry a big wad of cash around? What if you are operating this business on a shoestring budget? What do you do then?
One of the ways you can start building your downline is by first building a list of prospects. I do not mean building a list of friends of family either. They are the worst prospects in my book since I have never had success with that method. To build a list of prospects you need a website to get names and e-mail addresses of people who might want to do your multi-level marketing (MLM) business.
The following are several tips on creating that list of prospects.
