Today is August 30th, and I want to make this quick announcement that my good Pinoy friend and fellow internet marketer, Mark Gubuan of Portland, Oregon, and I have decided to take each other up on the “100-video challenge”.
What is the 100-video challenge?
We are going to be promoting ourselves through online video on YouTube to get our names and faces out into the marketplace for our respective network marketing businesses.
Why is this important?
In network marketing, if you’re not creating content in the form of articles, videos, blogs, social media, etc. people won’t know who you are and won’t do business with you. People will only do business with you if they know you, like you, and trust you enough to buy into your business opportunity.
It’s necessary that you promote yourself in network marketing so that you can brand yourself in the marketplace as an expert because if you don’t do that, you will be outgunned by other network marketers who are promoting themselves.
By doing this challenge, we are coaching each other to success in our respective network marketing businesses.
Can anybody parttake in this challenge?
Yes. I encourage it. By taking part in this 100-video challenge, you’re doing it for yourself. You’re not really doing it for me. But it is a good idea to find a partner against whom you can compete because this will motivate you to produce the content you need to promote yourself and your network marketing business.
