The big thing with experts in network marketing, or multi-level marketing (MLM), on the internet is the use of an autoresponder. With an autoresponder, you will be engaging in the method of e-mailing marketing with your prospects. Using an autoresponder along with a series of e-mails is the digital equivalent to direct mail marketing in the offline world.

For one, you need to attach a signature to every one of your e-mail messages. This is similar to including a business card whenever you do direct mail.
Make sure you attach a signature to EVERY e-mail you send out. By doing this, you are branding your name and etching it into the minds of your recipients. The more your recipients see your signature, the more your company will come to mind whenever your product or service is needed. People will also have an idea of which leader they want to join in MLM.
There are some rules you need to follow when you establish a personal signature.
Use between four and six lines of text with a maximum of 70 characters in each line. Make sure your e-mail program does not truncate your text. Your signature should include your name, company name, URL, toll-free phone number, and address. Be sure to include a brief message about your company.
Another good use of autoresponders is to send free reports to your prospects to educate them about network marketing. Everybody loves to get free things. There are those who choose to opt-in to get more information from you.
To make a course, you need to choose a topic that is relevant to your network marketing company and that targets your potential distributors. When you give out free information, be sure to add your website URL and call-to-action links in order for your prospects to signup into your MLM downline.
Once you have a topic you want to write about, divide it up into several different sub-topics. What you will be doing with each sub-topic is offer your prospect a 7-, 10-, or 15-day e-course with each day containing a different sub-topic. Again, you are etching your name into the prospects’ minds EACH day as opposed to giving them the entire course in only ONE day where they will forget about you after receiving your information.
The first sub-topic should always be a welcome message for your prospects with a note about what e-mails they will be expecting to see. Your welcome message should be appealing in order to get the message across about the free, quality information that your prospects will find valuable.
With each and every lesson, you always want to number it. Include a title for each sub-topic and information about your MLM company’s products and services. Toward the end, you will include a nice preview about the next day’s lesson to engage the prospect to continue reading your e-mails.
Be sure that each sub-topic contains valuable information. This is how you give value to the prospect. This is how the prospect will be interested in reading more of your e-mails. If you do not give out valuable information, you will lose your prospects’ interest, and they will unsubscribe from your list.
