Ronald Reagan Statue Unveiled in London

A new 10-foot bronze statue of former President Ronald Reagan to honor 100 years since his birth have been introduced in London, the Independent newspaper accounts. Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice joined up with British Foreign Secretary William Hague in paying honor to Reagan Monday at the U.S. Embassy in London.

“It is a great honor for me personally to take part in a ceremony for a man who changed the political landscape at the time I first became involved in it,” Hague stated.”Statues bring us to face to face with our heroes long after they are gone.
