The homeless man and petty criminal, 54-year-old Jeffery Hillman, received a brand new pair of boots from the Good Samaritan policeman to combat the city’s cold weather while passerby Jennifer Foster of Florence, Arizona stopped by to capture the magic moment on her cell phone on November 14.
