Hi! My name is Marco Abanico and I’d like to share wth you how I got started in home based business but before that I’ll tell what I used to do and that way you can know what it’s like to be in my shoes.
Back in the day, I worked as a pizza delivery driver for Domino’s Pizza in Cincinnati, and I worked that job for about three years. Then I found another job working as a delivery driver for a dry cleaning company where I worked that job about a year thereafter. After getting frustrated with life, in general, I then took on another job as a taxi cab driver, and I worked on that business for about three years.
All those years I’ve been thinking about to myself there’s gotta be a better way to earn a living and build personal wealth and financial freedom. It was not until 2005 that I actually got started in a home-based business. When I get started, I had to admit that it was hard trying to build up business. It was hard trying to peddle my products, and I did what my leaders told me to do. I spoke to my friends and family. I spoke to people at the check-out line. I spoke to people in a local coffee shops. I handed out flyers. I posted flyers in coffee shops and handed out business cards, so on and so forth. None of that worked, and it was frustrating. It was frustrating not being able to get it,…. get prospects for my business.
It was not until 2 years later that I started our homebased business that somebody introduced me to a system, and once I embraced that system, everything changed. In fact, everything changed for the better, such that now I don’t have to chase my friends and family. I don’t have to talk to total strangers at the local mall anymore.
In fact, the prospects would call me. I don’t have to pick up the phone and call them anymore. My prospective customers picked up the phone and called me or sent me an email, and once I learned those principles, it’s been an uphill learning experience ever since. Or I should say…it’s been exciting ever since because now I don’t have to struggle anymore to get business or to get prospects from my business. I don’t have to call them anymore, they call me now. I’m the go-to guy in my industry, and I’m the leader in my industry.
Unless you adopt those proven techniques and principles in that system, you’re gonna continue to struggle doing what you’re doing, especially if you’re doing door-to-door selling or you’re talking to friends and family about your products or service. You won’t learn any of the more EFFECTIVE strategies to get customers for your business.
